Boss Lift and Exercise Executive Stretch

Written on the 11 October 2016 by Lana Reed

What is Boss Lift?

It enables employers of Reservists to learn first hand about what the Australian Defence Force (ADF) does.  Often there is also the opportunity for employers to see their employees working as Reservists.

What is Exercise Executive Stretch (EES)?

EES is aimed at senior, middle and line management to show and involve them in the types of invaluable skills that can be gained through participation in the Reserve.

ADF Reservists receive some of the best training in the Country.  Reservists are constantly developing and using personnel management, communication and administrative skills.
