Broome Transit launches daily Cape Leveque shuttle
A daily Broome to Cape Leveque shuttle service has been launched this week by Broome Transit.
 
Departing from the coach bay on Dampier Tce at 7am each morning, the shuttle will stop at Beagle Bay, Kooljaman and Cygnet Bay, returning 3.45pm from Cygnety Bay via Kooljaman.
 
Owner of Broome Transit Shayne Murray said the service had been developed primarily for the community and busineses who trade on the Pensinula, additional to filling a need for tourism.
 
"It's an oportunity for tourists to experience the peninsula, and for those would would prefer not dirivng on Cape Leveque Road," He said.
 
Tickets can be purchased on line for $70 one-way or $120 return.
