CHAMBER WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBERSWritten on the 29 November 2016 Four new Board members were appointed to the Broome Chamber at the Annual General Meeting last week, with four existing members re-appointed. Hosted at the Mangrove Hotel, the meeting highlighted the success of the Chamber over the past year.New Board Members were welcomed Susan Bergesen, Nyamba Buru Yawru Craig Kelmar, Mercure Hotel Gerard Petrov, Kimberley Outback Xposure Michelle Scally, North Regional TAFE They join existing Board Members Peter Taylor, Kennedy House Andre Veder, RFF Australia Charles Kleiman, Kimberley Ports Authority Gareth Jenkins, Pritchard Francis Elisabeth Lucke, Regional Media Specialist Alan Clayton, Blindman Broome Natasha Aristei, The Outdoor Furniture Specialists The new Board Members represent a broad cross-section of businesses and bring to the Chamber years of experience, along with a new wave of enthusiasm.Attendees watched a video presentation outlining the work and achievements of the Chamber over the past year resulting in record numbers of businesses in Broome signing up as Members. Following the meeting attendees stayed on to network and celebrate what has been a great year for the Broome Chamber of Commerce & Industry. |
