Companies invited to register for Project Sea DragonWritten on the 16 February 2016 by Broome Chamber of Commerce Project Sea Dragon (Seafarms Group Ltd) company capability database is now live.Project Sea Dragon (PSD) is a large, fully integrated prawn aquaculture project located in northern Australia. The project focuses on sustainable land use and integrated design practices to maintain surrounding river and coastal environments and support adjacent agricultural land uses. The project is designed to commence production on a nominal 1000ha of land-based ponds, producing nominally 12,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) of prawns in its first stage of development. The project will be delivered as an integrated production system, providing reliable, long-term, high quality and large scale production of Black Tiger prawns.
