Five Broome Senior High School students awarded Shell Scholarship ProgramWritten on the 22 February 2016 Five Broome Senior High School students have been awarded the Shell Scholarship Program for continued studies in 2016, commencing this month.The Shell Scholarship Program is facilitated by Kimberly Training Institute and supports Broome-based school leavers to undertake vocational training in their home town. Scholarships are worth up to $3,500 per student, comprising tuition fees and $1,000 towards incidental expenses associated with studying at the Institute.
The local students who have successfully obtained Shell Scholarships are: "It is great the Shell Scholarship Program has partnered with the Kimberley Training Institute and enable Broome Senior High School students to continue to thrive in their studies," said Ms Peek.
