Horizon Power has since confirmed the fault has been fixed, and contrary to some information circulating at the time residents in Kununurra and Halls Creek were not affected. A second apology has since been posted online alongsie a request that any customers whose power has not returned check their meter box to make sure the circuit breakers (safety switches) are on, Call 1800 267 926 if the problem continues.
