Inspirational girls to strut the catwalk The stage has been set, the runway readied and the wait will finally be over when two young women are crowned this year's Kimberley Girl and Pilbara Girl winners in a glittering showcase event on Friday night.

After a whirlwind few weeks of intense workshops, eight finalists from the Kimberley will join forces with six Pilbara participants and storm the catwalk during a joint finals event at the Goolarri Media Amphitheatre.

In its 13th year, Kimberley Girl has become an institution in the region as an inspiring leadership program that encourages young indigenous women to follow their dreams and become role models.
