KDCCI Business Excellence Awards 2016 - WINNERWritten on the 27 September 2016 by Lana Reed Impact Media (BCCI Member), has been named 'Best Aboriginal Business' at the 2016 Karratha and Districts Chamber of Commerce and Industry Awards.Impact Media began in January, 2013. Three years and plenty of hard work later, the business is going from strength to strength. Impact Media has a client list based around Australia, with clients in Broome. Founder and owner Tamara Bin Amat said she was very honoured to win the Best Aboriginal Business category in her first year of entering the KDCCI Awards. "Our success has been a team effort and I thank our skilled and dedicated team of copywriters, graphic designers and web developers, along with our business mentors, including those at RSM and others. I also thank the Ngarluma people for allowing me to live and work on their country."Impact Media is proud to have directly contributed to the success of many local businesses and organisations," Tamara said.
