Labor boat pledge A $13.6 million pledge to improve Broome's boat- launching facilities from Labor leader Mark McGowan has been welcomed by the Kimberley town.

Mr McGowan said his government would pump $13.6 million into improving safety and access at Entrance Point, Town Beach and Gantheaume Point if he was elected premier in March.
