Mosaic Agriculture: developing new beef markets to manage risk for graziers A PROJECT in the far north of Western Australia is aiming to developing new markets for local graziers.

The project, which focuses on the Kimberley and Pilbara, aims to spread the risk, so graziers are not locked into a single supply chain.

Dr Clinton Revell, who manages the Mosaic Agriculture component of the Department of Agriculture and Food WA's North Beef Futures project, said developing new markets was a risk management strategy.
