Move over Beyonce: Broome principal busts a move

Move over Beyonce; Saeed Amin is in the building.

The Broome Senior High School principal has pulled off the ultimate graduation gift for this year's 2017 class: a choreographed, well-rehearsed dance to the performer's classic track Single Ladies.

And the year 12s believe the performance was worthy of Queen Bee herself.

Every year Mr Amin takes on a challenge issued to him by the graduating group.

Durack electorate votes YES for same sex marriage

Australians have voted Yes to same-sex marriage after 61.6 per cent of almost 13 million respondents backed the proposal in the $122m voluntary survey.

In the federal electorate of Durack 7 of every 10 people issued a vote card responded with 59% voting yes.  That compared to the national 'yes' vote of 62%.
