Nalder will stand for leadership if spill calledWritten on the 20 September 2016 Dean Nalder has announced his intention to run for the Liberal leadership if a spill motion is put at Tuesday's party room meeting. Mr Nalder said he felt he had no choice but to resign after what he described as a complete breakdown in his working relationship with Colin Barnett, revealing that he had tried and failed to get a one-on-one meeting with the Premier to discuss issues in his Transport portfolio for six months.
