Nominations for the 2018 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards are now open!

Don't miss the opportunity to participate in the tourism industry's premier awards program. Being part of the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards not only assists you in raising the profile and reputation of your tourism business, but also provides the opportunity for you to gain public recognition for your business excellence at a State and potentially National level.\

With 30 business categories to choose from including festivals and events, adventure tourism, tours and transport, and accommodation, there is a category to suit every tourism business, as well as five individual awards recognising outstanding contributions to the industry. Categories specifically for Aboriginal tourism operators are:

  • Qantas Award for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Tourism
  • Individual Excellence in Aboriginal Tourism

With the support of Tourism WA, Tourism Council WA is offering a number of free entrant support initiatives including Category Toolkits, Interactive Submission Writing Workshops and Draft Submission Reviews. You are encouraged to take advantage of these initiatives to give yourself the best chance of submitting an "Award Winning" entry!

Awards workshops will be held in Broome, Margaret River, Perth and Albany, alongside a webinar for those unable to attend a workshop in person.

For further information visit the Awards website and click on entering the Awards.

If you have any questions regarding the 2018 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards including suitable category placement, please contact Awards Coordinator Julie Wood at jwood@tourismcouncilwa.com.au or 9416 0703.
