Out of the markets and in to a shop! Chamber seeking retail incubator tenants

Calling all Broome artistans, creators, growers, cookers and general market folk.

The Chamber is seeking expressions of interest for locals to put their hand up for a Chinatown-based retail incubator.

What's a retail incubator?  It's a permanent boutique indoor market, where anyone who has a talent and wants to dip their toe in the water of retail can do so.

No negotiating for pop up lease.  No worry about insurance.  EFTPOS facilitated.

Fees are brokered according to the wares sold by each participant and terms vary from 6 weeks to 6 months.  It could be a local clothes maker, a tour company, a barista, a cake maker, a candlemaker - literally everyone is encouraged to bring their business from the home and into the town.

All interested locals should register their interest now.  Leases will be negotiated by the Chamber once a minimum commitment is reached.
