Retail businesses urged to open early Saturday for cruise ship

This Saturday 28 May marks the second arrival to Broome for the Pacific Eden with the first bus of passengers due in town at 7.15am.

With 1500 passengers on board, the Courthouse Markets and cafe's can expect a bonus influx of early tourists on the day however it's hoped that Broome's retail businesses will take the opportunity to open earlier and offer guests a good opportunity to experience Broome in their 8-hours on shore.

The shuttle service will once again be offering two drop off options being the Roey Hotel in Chinatown and Cable Beach with the final bus due to depart for the ship at 3pm.

Businesses are encouraged to send representatives to the shuttle stops to encourage passengers to visit.
