Royal commission into the protection and detention of children in the Northern Territory

Dylan Voller, the Australian teenager who was strapped into a restraint chair after being teargassed by guards says he 'felt defenceless' during the ordeal, which happened in July.

Speaking on Monday at a National Enquiry in Darwin, Voller told guards he was passing out from panic while being restrained at the Northern Territory detention system.
