West Kimberley Careers Week & Expo 2017 a hit for students and industry

The recently held Careers Week 2017 was a resounding succes with wonderful feedback from students, businesses and industry.

The highlight of the week was the Year 10 Striving for Excellence Day, which launched by remarkable keynote speaker Kia Dowell, an ex-women's NBA player and now successful business owner who hails from Turkey Creek in the East Kimberley.  The day continued with the Careers Expo which had a wonderful array of stalls.  FESA and Army vehicles and activities were highly popular with the students.
