Woodside: We remain committed to the earliest commercial development of Browse resources

On 22 March 2016 following the completion of front-end engineering and design (FEED) work, the BJV participants decided not to progress further with the floating LNG development concept selected at FEED entry in June 2015.

The BJV participants are now preparing a new work program for assess and concept select phase activities. It is anticipated that a range of concept options will be considered, including floating LNG technologies.

The BJV participants acknowledge the involvement of the State Government in agreeing key principles for domestic gas and supply chain arrangements and the State and Commonwealth Governments to resolve maritime boundary changes.
