Five Workshops are on offer thanks to Tourism Council WA

  1.  Building Your Brand through Digital Marketing (April 4) - This workshop covers topics including major consumer review sites, identifying and responding to negative and positive reviews, working with influencers and developing a content strategy.
  2.  Facebook for Business: Insights into Marketing for Tourism (April 4) - Learn best practice for Facebook, including how to set up your page correctly and how to use Facebook Insights.
  3.  Advanced Facebook for Business: In-Depth Advertising and Strategy (April 5) - Ideal for those with a sound, practical understanding of Facebook for business, this workshop will take an in depth look at Facebook advertising and strategy for the tourism sector.
  4.  Digital Marketing: Major Platforms and Trends in 2017 (April 5) - Ideal for those with a sound understanding of digital marketing, the workshop will provide valuable insight into the state of digital and where tourism providers should focus their attention in 2017.
  5.  Customer Service Way (April 6) - Revolutionising customer service in WA's tourism towns and precincts, improve your revenue, repeat business and word of mouth marketing through customer service and selling skills.

Tourism Council WA will also be hosting a Tourism Connect networking event in Broome on April 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet Tourism Council WA staff, hear the latest industry news and make new local connections. Each business/organisation is entitled to two complimentary tickets.
