This session will provide small tourism operators with an inter-active learning journey through key management competencies which can assist them in the development and growth of their business. Small business owners often lack the time to work 'on' their business rather than just 'in' their business. This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on the key management requirements including planning, leading, organising and controlling. Participants will be provided with a range of planning documents to put into practice concepts taught.
