A great example of partnerships for increasing employment outcomes is Sheffield Resources' Aboriginal Training and Employment Program, for Thunderbird, with Nirrumbuk Aboriginal Corporation and Winun Ngari.  The Sheffield Board has committed an additional $750,000 funding package to advance Aboriginal trainees into employment at Thunderbird.
