The Derby Community Expo will be held on Sunday 18 February 2018
The event, provides local clubs, groups and service providers with the opportunity to promote themselves to residents old and new wanting to get involved in the community.
Stallholders may produce a display promoting their group's activities and services, distribute information brochures, merchandise and/or provide a food stall, activity demonstration.
The Shire's community development stall will be providing and a gift bags on entry for visitors to fill up as they travel through the expo and we encourage your organisation to offer fliers, brochures or giveaways. This is an ideal time for sporting associations to showcase their group and attract new members.
The Derby Community Expo event traditionally attracts a large crowd and a sundowner music jam session will continue the afternoon for an opportunity to socialise with other stallholders.
I hope your club, group, organisation or business will take this opportunity to showcase your service to the community. Registration for this event is FREE however stallholder places are limited therefore we ask if you can please return your completed registration form as soon as possible.
