Kimberley Small Business Support presents this Negotiation and Communication workshop.

For the better part of every day, we are communicating to and with others. Whether it's how you deal with customers, how you manage your staff, the level of attention you give your spouse or children when they are talking to you, it all means something.

This workshop will help participants understand the different methods of communication and negotiation and how to make the most of each of them. These strategies will provide a great benefit for any organisation and it's employees. They will trickle down throughout the organisation and positively impact everyone involved. This workshop includes individual DiSC TM profiling for each participant and a negotiation simulation.
