Free trial offer: Kimberley's first all-inclusive business directory and events calendar

Kimbiz, the first Kimberley-wide online business directory and calendar of community and sporting events, has announced that BROOME CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY members will have the  first opportunity to advertise trades & services, events and community announcements on its digital directory.

Director Bethany Cooper said "We are really excited to be working from Broome, and we will be visiting other regional Kimberley towns and surrounding communities soon and meeting small business owners, tradies and traditional landowners. KimBiz is seeking Aboriginal partnerships to work together with us to achieve our mutual goals of belonging and inclusion across the Kimberley."

Gail Appleyard from Melbourne who will be touring the Kimberley in 2017 said "We think this online phone directory and calendar of events is a fantastic idea for travelling through the entire Kimberley and having all the information at the tip of our fingers. We didn't know the best places to go for car and caravan servicing and got ripped off a few times. We didn't know there was an art exhibition we would have liked to visit, or that the WKFA footy finals were on. Brilliant!"

The business directory has been lovingly created from scratch (with blood, sweat and tears!)  by our own in-house local  website developer in Broome and is the first of its kind, allowing members to  have up-to-date correct details seen all over the world all day, every day. This is great for tourists, potential investors, future residents and of course most importantly, the locals.

Bethany says "The best part is the cost compared to traditional advertising.  All community events are free to advertise and with the inclusion of hundreds of small business and trade contact details and advertisements, we hope this will be the go-to page for everything in the Kimberley.  And no trees have been killed for the paper!"

About KimBiz: At kimbiz.biz we passionately believe in bridging any gaps governed by location, age and culture, and promoting mental health and wellbeing. To achieve this, our aim is to connect communities with sporting clubs, community groups and small businesses and services across the Kimberley.   We hope that we can play our small part in helping prevent the high suicide rates in the Kimberley and promote small businesses to be found and get customers through the door.
